Casa da Alameda is set in a quiet, contemporary-style building, located in an approximate 8,000 sqm² area, at the end of a lane lined with imperial palm trees, among other Brazilian tree species, and a pond in the garden. Complete the pool set with sauna, barbecue and wood oven, plus a grass field of natural grass. It has a small house of support, and a bucolic garden on the outside. The main house has a built area of 900 sqm, on two floors. Below, rooms and balconies with Brazilian soapstone flooring. Highlight for an artistic mural made of mosaics. In the ceiling, a skylight from where one receives the light of the sun, the moon and the stars. Above, five large bedrooms, one set up as an office, plus a dresser and a small support cup. Spacious kitchen with industrial stove and window facing a forest. All designed by the renowned architect Claudio Bernardes.
