The villa comprises of one central building with three floors and two wings on two floors.
The ground floor of the central part features a large, luminous entrance hall, a large living room adjoined by two small drawing rooms, a formal dining room seating 18, breakfast room and a modern, spacious kitchen.
The first floor contains a twin and a double suite with ensuite bathrooms; a further twin and double suites with ensuite bathrooms are situated on the mezzanine floor, as well as a studio. All of the bedroom suites boast lake views and have a separate sitting areas and a desk. Two more double bedroom suite with ensuite bathrooms, one of which with a fireplace, are found on the top floor. All the ensuite bathrooms are finished in marble. All bedrooms have telephones with direct line to the staff.
The top two floors of the central part house a private museum, which includes the room and bed that Napoleon slept in during the Italian Campaign and the most amazing collection of French porcelain. A visit can be arranged for interested guests.
The property is set in magnificent grounds, with an Italian garden at the front and a private, shaded upper garden at the back, with a swimming pool fitted with a changing room, shower, gazebo, sun beds and chairs and a kitchenette.
There is a private dock with mooring for one boat in front of the villa.
The area offers sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing and private boat hire as well as golf courses.
Arrival by helicopter can be arranged on request.
