In the Chianti area belonging to the province of Siena, known as Chianti Colli Senesi, Tuscan wine estate with historic villa and fully equipped wine cellar, currently successfully running also as a rental business. The property sits in a pristine location upon a hilltop, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with 360 degree view on one of the Tuscan’s most famous landscape. The estate is only 15 km from San Gimignano and 20 km from Siena. The dual carriageway to Florence and Siena is 2 km away. Florence and its airport are approximately 45 minutes away. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS The manor house dates back to 19th century, has a total surface of 600 sqm (6,458 sqft) disposed on two levels and includes six apartments of different sizes, a wine shop and a large reception room. The wine cellar has a total surface of 280 sqm (3,013 sqft) and is completely equipped with state of the art facilities for wine making, ageing and bottling. There are two additional small cellars located below the cellar and dug out in tuff rock and used for wine refining in barriques.
