An already productive olive grove (1.5 ha) is currently worked with organic-only methods. Same goes for the small vineyard (roughly 6,000 sqm), made up of Sangiovese, Albana and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards. A small lake, populated by water lilies is located 50 m from the house. A cistern gathers rainwater and can store up to 100 cu.m of water which can then be used for irrigation. Still inside the property several paths twist and turn throughout the woods and are linked to major tracks which are a paradise for trekking and mountain bike lovers.
