The estate doesn’t produce wine on its own but relies on an external cellar for processing grapes. The olive grove (6.5 ha) hosts approximately 3,000 trees with Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino varieties and grants the production of excellent extra virgin olive oil. These are followed by woodland (42 hectares with coppice and high wood) and arable land (7.9 ha). Finally, we find gardens and unused land (16.1 ha). A 4,500 sqm private lake offers enough water for irrigation. The estate is fitted with a tennis court, a five-a-team soccer field and an 18 x 9 m swimming pool.
