Red Rock Point is a 27-acre parcel that includes 440 feet of fine beach frontage along the Sea of Abaco and features gently upward sloping topography that rises to 20 feet.
Utilities are present along Great Abaco Highway, half a mile southwest via a road reservation. The new Red Bay Marina development is within walking distance.
Although not a part of this offering, the adjacent Red Bay Marina Village will feature a full-service marina, ultimately serving as a new hub for Albury’s Ferry Service, Abaco’s primary ferry operator. A recently completed terminal is now serving employees of Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club on Great Guana Cay, with approximately 300 cars parked per day. A second terminal building is planned and it is anticipated that overall at least 1,000 people per day will utilize the ferry service. Additional retail and residential development is planned, which will create a new mixed-use transit hub for Abaco.
The adjacent Red Bay parcel and nearby Red Rock Point parcel will benefit from on-site utilities and ongoing development over the next few years.
