Wonderful estate of medieval origin immersed in the uncontaminated Mediterranean scrub of the "Maremma Natural Park", near the suggestive Gulf of Talamone and inside the Park of Uccellina. The estate is populated by roe deer, deer, wild boars, herons and foxes that live the wonderful pines, lycees and woodland. It is customary that whilst crossing the woods one meets rows of deer that gather to graze on the beach. Continuing the dirt road for about 8km through the mountains of the Uccellina Park immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub that covers the Maremma promontory, one finds two ancient watchtowers: one with a square structure, built in the second half of the sixteenth century at the behest of the Medici family to strengthen the defensive structure of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany; and the second tower of medieval origin, always square, was part of a castle that was destroyed during the Ottoman incursion in the first half of the 16th century; it is the place where the legend is set on the myth of the "Bella Roxellana", who deported to the harem of Istanbul, and then became the wife of Süleyman the Magnificent. Finally, one reaches the most beautiful beach of the whole Maremma, Cala di Forno, called "the beach of the Daini"; a kilometer of coastline uncontaminated by the crystal clear waters, inside the Maremma Natural Park, where one can live in close contact with nature. A few meters from the beach there is a property, once "the Ancient Dogana", built in the 18th century and currently divided into 5 apartments but can be converted into a single unit for a single household totaling about 1000sqm. In addition to this large ancient farmhouse in front of the beach one also finds the fishermen's house, a farmhouse of about 160sqm At the entrance of the Estate there are two sheds for hay and/or agricultural tools for a total of 310 square meters. The entire estate is spread over an area of about 900 Ha and all land is immediately qualifying for organic farming.
