Bunyola is a charming town housing approx. 6.000 residents. It is located on the southern foot of the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, to the north west of Mallorca. Bunyola town itself is quite small and traditionally Majorcan in appearance, with a picturesque town square perfect for a lazy afternoon coffee. The village is on the route of the Palma to Soller train, a living antique which has been providing a train service to Palma for around 90 years. Like the vintage train, built of mahogany with well worn and shined brass, the village station is a delight to visit. Several times a day the train stops at Bunyola station en-route to Soller village.
Beautiful country villa with spectacular open views and Mallorcan flair in Bunyola. The house was built in the sought after Mallorcan style in the 80's. The generous sized plot offers absolute privacy and spectacular views stretching until the city and the Bay of Palma.
The house was well built and is equipped with central heating. The entire living-dining area located on the ground floor offers high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and a large kitchen with utility room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en suite. In addition, the property has a basement which could be converted into further living or bedrooms, fitness room or a Spa by installing floor-to-ceiling windows. We find here a wine cellar.
Beside the main house, there is another 2-storied guest house which is currently used as a home office, but could be easily converted into guest accommodation. Further features include a beautiful swimming pool, central gas heating, exposed wooden beams and garage.
