Selva is an idyllic municipality with about 3,000 inhabitants in the Tramuntana area, between Inca and the Lluc monastery. The villages Caimari, Moscari and Biniamar also belong to this municipality. Caimari is famous throughout Spain for the production of high quality olive oil.
This spacious, yet still very cosy house has been renovated to high standards, and the result is a wonderful harmony between the traditional and contemporary.
The house is located on the fringe of the village centre in Selva with easy access to all amenities. The ground floor welcomes with an entrance hallway leading to the open-plan living / dining room with fireplace, on to the pretty kitchen with access to a dining terrace and from there up to the elevated pool area. Furthermore, there is a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor. The remaining 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, are all on the first floor, along with a pleasant terrace. A stairway leads up to the roof terrace which offers spectacular panoramic views.
Considering the house is in town, the pool is a good size, and is surrounded by a terrace which offers sensational views over the countryside to the bay of Alcdia; the views are even better on the first floor and the roof terrace. A cute BBQ house with a small kitchen is situated at the end of the pool area. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, radiators for the electric heating are in all rooms and, of course, it is connected to the main electricity and water supplies. A wonderful, "must see" village house in a tranquil and natural environment.
