The house is located at an excellent location, at the tranquil Hasebroeklaan in Bilthoven-Noord, in a woody environment at short walking distance from â€˜the small village', the NS station, schools, shops and nature.
The house has a net usable surface area of a spacious 240 m2 and is situated on a plot of over 1,700 m2, and comes with a great deal of privacy.
The villa was designed 44 years ago by the current owner with the idea of creating a company and efficiently laid out house with areas no larger than necessary for its use. But at the same time, large enough and in an attractive shape. We can confidently state this was done successfully.
In addition, an intimate atmosphere was created with the use of materials, which really makes the house into a real home. By the way, this use of materials, because of its sound-absorbing quality, also results in pleasant acoustics.
