Prestigious wine producing estate located in the hills of the Monferrato countryside, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, at the center of a natural amphitheatre protected to the North and to the East by acacia, oak and wild cherry woodland. The entrance to the property is situated only 10 minutes' drive away from two motorways and it is a one-hour drive from the international airports of Turin, Genoa and Milan. The property stretches out over approximately 60 hectares of which 18 hectares are vineyards. The mesoclimate, the miocene clay-based terrain and the position of the vines on south facing slopes all contribute to the creation of a natural environment which is ideal for wine making. While completely respecting the wine producing traditions of this oasis of the Monferrato, a variety of innovative vines have been planted alongside the local Barbera. Conscious of the exceptional personality of the land, the role of premium international varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet and the innovative Albarossa, is to add a note of extreme complexity to selected wines from the estate. The philosophy of the estate is to focus exclusively on the production of high-quality wines, concentrating above all on vineyard management and meticulous care of the wines. The wines are produced in a modern, technologically advanced facility and the selected wines are fermented and aged in small French barrels. Currently the estate has a production capacity of around 80,000 bottles which can potentially be implemented to more than 110,000 bottles. Adjacent, there is a beautiful farmhouse in a panoramic position, completely renovated and divided into two independent units consisting of kitchen and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
