*Additional Information from our Clients*
The Land in Rosemary lane is permanent pasture and has been farmed by myself for some 20yrs. it is registered with the RPA and eligible for BPS and is currently in the 4th year of my CSS high tier scheme which runs for one more year. The land is managed to a high environmental standard with no fertilizers and sprays. There is a rich flora and fauna including many species of fungi mushrooms which are notably indicative of ancient grazed pastures. The birdlife is abundant with Kingfishers and nightingales amongst the species. The grants and BPS running with the RPA provides an income to the farming business. The countryside
stewardship would have to be maintained until the end of 2020.
