PROPERTY FEATURES The plot of more than 12.000 square metres, completely fenced in, is gently rolling, largely accessible and endowed with glorious exterior areas. The extraordinary class is appreciable everywhere, whether the radiant sun terraces, an exceedingly beautiful pool with the visual effect of a lagoon or an outdoor kitchen that displays a designer look reminiscent of Marrakech.
This noticeable class also applies to the spacious rooms, which, incidentally, can all be found on one level – a rarity in itself. Imposing ceiling heights in the entrance area and striking double doors, which also lead outdoors from the bedrooms, lend the property a palatial air, with a hint of country flair, into the bargain. Furthermore, a private driving range will inspire any golfer and wells and a solar system allow for independence and self-sufficiency.
With a fascinating blend of the classically traditional and distinctive modernity this property conveys a timelessly superior ambience with a noble and urbane seal of quality that captivates on first sight, while the second viewing, especially at its extremely appealing price, makes it irresistible.
