The living room has the en-suite distribution that many people want. At the front is the sitting room with fireplace and the back part is used as a desk. First floor:
Through the stately staircase you enter a multifunctional room that you can use as a TV room, desk or as a second sitting room. This space includes a large storage room, hidden behind beautiful panel doors.
There are three large bedrooms on the first floor; the car room, the princess room and the airplane room. All rooms are very spacious and are now the domain of the children of the house. The bathroom has a large shower and each child has its own sink. The toilet is in a separate room, accessible through a door in the corner of the multifunctional room.

Second floor:
Another floor up is the domain of the parents. The enormous space is used as master bedroom with open bathroom; it equals the experience of a five star hotel. The sturdy wooden roof construction and the view up to the ridge provide an unforgettable impression. Next to this space is the dressing room with an adjoining attic storeroom.

Guest quarters:
There are eight high-quality guesthouses, spread over two wings. Each guesthouse has its own entrance on the courtyard. Between the guesthouses and the private house is the breakfast room for guests, accessible via a private entrance in the corner of the courtyard. Multiple French doors provide a direct connection between the breakfast room and the outside terrace and garden. Next to the breakfast room are a practical storage/provision room and a hall with a toilet and a storage cupboard.

The guest rooms on the left side of the courtyard are on the ground floor with a living room, a double bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. The four guest rooms on the right side of the courtyard are duplexes. They have a living room, the bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs (under the roof) are the spacious double bedrooms. Wood and natural stone has been used extensively in all guest rooms, so you can see the very old roof construction and on the ground floor of all guest rooms there is a beautiful natural stone tiled floor.

The farmhouse and the stables are situated on a beautiful plot where it is very good living for humans and animals. De Koer offers many sitting possibilities, in the sun and shade. There is a paved outdoor area close to the open stabling garage with excellent opportunities for storing horse-drawn carriages and trailers. In the fully fenced meadows you will find many (fruit) trees and there are large terraces where you can enjoy the sun and shade.

The Keyartmolen is located almost centrally in the Ruiter- en Menroutenetwerk Limburgse Kempen, which has more than 600 km of bridle paths and which also connects seamlessly with the rider and menroute-networks of the Netherlands. The Keyartmolen has no less than six neat horse stables, a paddock and a lovely grazing and paddock area at your disposal. There is plenty of space to hang up your saddles and/or harnesses and to park your carriage. There are also enough eyelets to tie your horse(s). Outside there is a washing area for horse and carriage.

Tongerlo is a quiet, dozing village in the northeast of Belgium. Tongerlo is part of the cosy town of Bree in the province of Limburg. The Netherlands and Germany are nearby. This centuries-old farm and water mill (the name appears in manuscripts from the Middle Ages) is an official 'monument and protected village view'.
