Welcome to the world of Eugen Sacharias a famous architect who designed this house in the beginning of 1930. The house went through a complete renovation in 2004 with the help of Jutta Lember but still many original details can be seen inside the house such as the original doorknobs and colourful tiled stoves. The house is divided in 3 floors. A grand and well preserved staircase takes you to the top floor from where you can find all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a spacious terrace that catches the first rays of morning sun . There is a possibility to separate one of the bedrooms as an own studio since there is a second staircase that leads to this bedroom with an entrance from the back of the house. The first floor is dived into 4 rooms. On the right side of the entrance is study with unique birch paneling on the ceiling. From the left side you can find double glass doors that open up to the actual living room. Dark blue tiled stove stands in the corner like a piece of art. A second set of double glass doors open from the other side of the living room and to the dining area. Dining area is big enough to fit a dining table for 20 people. You can almost see how they had their parties in here nearly 100 years ago. Foxtrot was played with the piano and silverware shone in the light of the chandeliers. Behind the dining room is the kitchen and household room. The kitchen is modern but to keep the house original spirit the original stove was restored and can still be used for cooking. Basement was not as a daily living area when the house was originally built but in the renovation this area was put in to good use. Now there is a sauna/ shower area. A room with a big pool table and another room that is sound proof and designed as a sanctum for music and movies. There is also a small fire place. A little wine cellar and storage room. The house is sold together with two plots with separate cadastral numbers. All together they make up the area of 3000 m2. If wanted its possible to build another house on the smaller plot and a garage for two cars next to the entrance gate.
