Within the Trionfale zone, there is the urban area of Balduina. It is part of the 14th Municipality and is located on the southern side of Monte Mario. It boasts 139 meters of height and this makes the Balduina the highest point in the city.
The name of the area originates from the name of the brother of Pope Giulio III del Monte, Baldovino, owner of many lands located on the slopes of Monte Mario.
Via della Balduina, dating back to the 16th century, is the oldest street and today it is called Via San Tommaso d’Aquino and connects with Via Trionfale, the most important in the neighbourhood.
The interiors are endowed with marble and parquet floors.
A practical entrance leads to the various areas of the house, with a clear separation between the living area and the bedrooms.
The sleeping area consists of three bright bedrooms, with the third bedroom being a single with direct access to a balcony. The property is completed by a large kitchen and two bathrooms with a characteristic design and benefits from the practicality of a cellar and a garage.
The house has a planimetric layout with considerable potential and structural features that leave ample opportunity for modernisation and reinterpretation of areas.
