This villa was built between 1903 and 1907 and is one of the most important examples of Liberty architecture present in Lucca. It is located a few meters from the walls that surround the city of Lucca and close to the avenues, it is for this reason that its location allows one to enter the historical center in only a 10 minute walk.
The villa of about 600 sqm rises within a large and luxurious park of about 6,000 sqm and is spread over 3 floors:
The ground floor consists of entrance, kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the garden. A staircase leads to the first floor consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a study overlooking a terrace above the living room of the ground floor. On the second floor an attic/loft with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The basement can be accessed both from the inside and from outside of the property and consists of various storage areas: laundry room, cellar, boiler room. In the park of the villa there is a greenhouse with an adjoining room for the storage of garden tools. Not far away is an old lemon house used as a garage on two floors.
