This South Pacific Developer's Dream with Full Master Plan (developed by an internationally renowned firm and approved by the Municipality) is a project that unites over 800 acres (320Ha) in the South Pacific region of Costa Rica. It includes plans for homes, condos, ocean-front and mountain amenities, and a marina as well as a beach club.
The South of Costa Rica is served by national roads, daily local flights from the two major international airports in the country, and, as an ideal site for a marina (permits in place), can be a hub for the boating community.
The property is under 10 minutes from the local airport (4600ft runway) over water, and under 20 minutes from the airport over land. A heliport license exists for the property, and of course the marina with additional piers for non-permanent boats (150 slips).

This key factor has made the area the virtually exclusive destination on the Pacific Coast for all yacht transport companies.
The marina has the required permits (CIMAT). It includes a master plan for a small hotel, a restaurant, apartments for crew members and other leisure areas.
The bay is inside of a natural reserve, and the property has 3km of bay front (and world-class fishing). The Osa Penisula across the water has been described by National Geographic as one of the most biologically diverse places on Earth.
Oh, and the surf mecca of Pavones is a car ride away!
