SELLERS INSIGHT When we first saw the site we were struck by the outstanding views that it enjoyed. The property offered a large square footage and we subsequently received planning consent for additional accommodation on the first floor. We specialise in highly efficient, eco friendly, quality new builds and conversions. We have used state of the art ground source heating with a Kensa Evo Heat Pump, fitted triple glazed windows and utilised Nadura ICF block insulation.
We feel we have created a wonderful, large family home with a luxury finish inside. Attention to detail has been paramount with the very finest fixtures and fittings throughout yet sympathetic to the style of the property. The extensive accommodation offers the new buyer a flexibility of living with multiple options. Indeed, there are bedrooms on both levels and great potential to adapt to suit personal requirements. Outside, the views are stunning and we have tried to make the most of these with a beautiful sun terrace outside the living room which looks over rolling hills in the direction of Broadhempston. There is a useful integral garage with an electric car charging point and a detached double garage.
We hope that the new buyer enjoys this fabulous home as much as we have enjoyed designing and building it. This really is a Grand Designs style project we have undertaken and it has created a unique home that we feel blends wonderfully with the beautiful South Hams countryside.
