Modern Meets Historic!
Dating back to around 1838 and built by Samuel Taylor, a cotton manufacturer, Eccleston Hall is a Grade II listed building with some sandstone construction and a Welsh slate roof covering.
Within the property there are a number of apartments and we pleased to be offering this two bedroom, first floor apartment which is situated on the Eastern corner of the hall. This is an example of a modern apartment tastefully completed with an eye to the historic features of the period. For example, the whole apartment enjoys under-floor heating, the bathroom and the kitchen are well equipped and stylishly modern.
Across the apartment there is a spacious lounge, a large dining kitchen and two good-size double bedrooms as well as the already mentioned modern bathroom. Being a Grade II listed building certain external features are dictated by the listing, such as the Georgian sash windows, this apartment has plenty of these and they all enjoy garden and wooded views.
The hall sits within well maintained communal grounds with a woodland area as well as a large pond. All apartments have parking spaces situated beyond the hall in a dedicated car park.
This is a lovely place to live and has space for all to enjoy.
Access to the apartments is through a communal entrance and lounge providing residents and guests with a welcoming space to sit comfortably and admire the surrounding views. There is a further communal lounge area from which a grand staircase leads to the first floor and on to the subject apartment.
