This vineyard estate is composed of approximately 35 ha of AOC Graves vines. This property has a beautiful 600 m² Directoire-style house dating back to 1875 as well as a renovated caretaker's cottage of approximately 160 m². The main house needs interior renovation. The terroir is composed of siliceous gravel with a gravelly subsoil and the presence of astery-limestone bands allow excellent soil drainage. The vines have an average age of 30 years and produce red and white wines. The annual production is around 145,000 to 160,000 bottles. Pruning, debudding, leaf thinning, green harvesting and final harvest are carried out manually. The operating infrastructures are composed of offices, a very beautiful winery (built in 2001-2002 with a capacity of 1750 hl), 2 barrel stores, 1 storage and shipping chai and 1 shed for agricultural machinery and equipment. The main winery, which has been completely renovated with taste, combines tradition and modernity. The vineyard employs 6 employees, including 1 technical Director. Ideally located on the left bank of the Garonne, 45 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux city and its train station and 30 minutes from its international airport.
