Cloud Nine is a renovation project for four buildings of the XIX-XX centuries, situated in 900 meters from the Kremlin, with facades facing the Bolshaya Polyanka St. and Staromonetny Lane. The architectural concept of the Cloud Nine project was created by the Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners bureau. The five-storey building, facing the Bolshaya Polyanka, was built at the beginning of the 20th century.
Exterior solutions of the houses are supported in the interiors of apartments. All apartments are transmitted finished in the style of "industrial eco-chic."
The design project was developed by Massimo Yosa Gini, known for his projects with leading global brands such as Ferrari and IBM. After renovation, the house will be equipped with modern engineering systems and meet all quality standards of de luxe class real estate.
The industrial architectural style continues in the adjacent graphite-colored house, with only five apartments. The interior space of Cloud Nine was conceived as an image of historical squares in European capitals, where the urban interior serves as a welcoming space under the open sky. Both courtyards - are a pedestrian zone, decorated with a mosaic of wine shades and flowers of noble gold, which will be heated in winter. The project provides for an underground two-level parking, designed for 71 parking spaces.
