Cloud Nine is a project of renovation of four buildings of XIX-XX centuries in 900 meters from the Kremlin overlooking the facades of Bolshaya Polyanka and Staromonetny Lane.
The architectural concept of the Cloud Nine project was created by Tsimaylo, Lyashenko and Partners. The five-storey house overlooking the facade of Bolshaya Polyanka was built in the early 20th century.
Exterior solutions of the houses are supported in the interiors of the apartments. All of them are transferred with a finishing in the style of "industrial eco-chic". The design project was developed by Massimo Yosa Ghini, known for his projects with leading international brands such as Ferrari and IBM.
The house is equipped with modern engineering systems and meets all quality standards of de luxe class real estate. The industrial architectural style continues in the adjoining house of graphite color, which has only five apartments.
The interior space of Cloud Nine has been conceived as historic squares in European capitals, where the urban interior serves as a welcoming space under the open sky. Both courtyards are a pedestrian zone, decorated with a mosaic of wine tones and flowers of noble gold, which will be heated in winter. The project provides for underground two-level parking for 71 car spaces.
