THE TERROIR - BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
The production of grapes is close to 4,000 quintals / year (about 200,000 bottles / year).
The soil is characterized by a pedogenetic substrate ideal for the cultivation of Vermentino di Gallura, the only one among the wines of Sardinia to boast the desired recognition (D.O.C.G.). \\\"Denominazione d'Origine Controllata e Garantita\\": the climatic situation of this area of Gallura particularly mild and favourable, which allows to reach very high quality levels.
The areas not affected by the vineyards are used for the production of eucalyptus, used for the production of wood.
OENOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES
The winery for the processing of grapes is located in two large rooms for over 1,000 m2 of surface area, and includes rooms equipped for winemaking, processing and storage of wines, the winemaking activity is assisted by professional oenologists, in order to obtain the best quality from grapes produced from an extreme terroir.
The grapes are processed directly in the cellar, with state-of-the-art equipment and vinification is carried out following the most modern protocols and using innovative biotechnology.
BUILDINGS
The estate features various buildings for over 8,000 cubic meters of total volume.
The cellar boasts an area of over 1000 m2 consisting of two large rooms and equipped with modern state of the art equipment for the vinification and processing of white and red wines as well as the tanks necessary for storage.
The main house under renovation consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and entrance and the second house, equipped with electricity, water, heating and air conditioning.
The storage of agricultural machinery and tools where there is also the processing cellar is equipped with three-phase electricity, drinking water, photovoltaic system for energy saving.
The historic house dating back to 1800 is subject to renovation and recovery already approved.
