This particular Palazzetto was built in the 1400s and still has all the characteristics of a medieval house. The property, developed on three levels, has a beautiful tree-lined garden of about 200 square meters. The ground floor consists of four rooms: an entrance with a staircase supported by a Roman column, a large room with a fireplace, a warehouse that can be used as a laundry, and a service bathroom. The first floor, in typical Venetian style of the eighteenth century, consists of two rooms, one of which is easily convertible into the third bathroom, thus obtaining a spacious beautiful bedroom with en-suite bathroom for guests or service personnel. The second floor consists of three large bright and quiet bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. On the top floor there is also a large attic space that covers the entire square footage of the house. The roof was completely renovated in 2015.
