In the heart of Tuscany, immersed in the formidable scenery of the Chianti Classico, only an hour and twenty from the center of Florence, two hours from Pisa and 40 minutes by car from Siena, in the area of Gaiole in Chianti - mecca of typical Tuscan wines . The property is surrounded by the green of the vineyards and olive groves, located 400 meters above sea level, on a single hillside, slightly inclined, facing south, protected and sheltered from the northern winds. The climate, the soil and the altitude of this area make the land particularly suited to the production of fine wines. A panoramic position with breath-taking views of Mount Amiata and the whole territory of the famous Crete Senese, with one of the most famous wine traditions in the world.
Description
The property has about 1000 square meters spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are cellars for a total of five rooms as well as an equipped kitchen, tasting room with relaxation area and a small office. A staircase leads to the first floor with living room, dining room, kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. From here a spiral staircase goes up to the turret which offers an unforgettable view. There is a separate annex with a small apartment, the concierge's house and two agricultural service rooms.

The lean and essential company organization is completely self-sufficient. It has a production capacity of 50,000 bottles per year and its wines have been awarded with numerous and prestigious prizes in international competitions. The vines are cultivated with Sangiovese for 6 hectares and Merlot for about 2 hectares with a density of 6000 plants per hectare and an average age of 10 years. The water is supplied from a private well fed by two sources; electricity from the national grid and an emergency generator; there is an underground tank for LPG gas and a tank for diesel.
