The traditional Istrian stone estate is located on the northwest coast of Istria in Novigrad, just 750 meters from the seashore. This typical Istrian property consists of three one storey houses: the main 320 square meters stone house and two smaller houses of 150 square meters of living space. The main house is divided into two residential units comprising six spacious double rooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, one enclosed, and one open fireplace with a patio and a dining table. The smaller guest houses consist of two double rooms with a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, and a covered terrace.
The stone houses are emerged in a lush Mediterranean garden planted with decades-old pine trees, lavender, and rosemary bushes. The entire estate is built on a 13.000 m2 plot with a permit for further housing and building developments. There is a freshwater spring on the plot. The estate was built by a family of artists and paintings cover the walls of all the houses. The estate is walled and has a covered parking space and is just 750 meters away from the beach, the yacht marina, and the center of Novigrad. Novigrad is a small town on the north-western coast of Istria known for excellent wine & dine experience, lots of nearby wineries, and a laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle.
