This vineyard estate is located 60 minutes from Saint-Emilion and 5 minutes from Bergerac.

19th century, comfortable Maison de Maître of approx. 225 m² with underfloor heating, double glazing, 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 2 bathrooms, traditional kitchen, electric shutters, heat pump, a large terrace of 110 m² with a panoramic view.
Land:
There are 10.34 hectares of vines in AOC Pécharmant very well exposed on a hillside, almost in one single block.
The total surface of the property is 12.5 hectares, including meadows, small wood and park.
The vines are very well maintained. The terroir is gravelly clay and the planting density is 5,000 plants/ha (2x1). The vineyard is in organic conversion.
