Teatro Gran Vía 30
Teatro Gran Vía 30 historically housed the Fontalba Theatre, one of the first theatres on the legendary Calle Gran Vía in Madrid. It was commissioned in 1924 by Marqués de Fontalba in his vision of European Opera House.Behind this historic façade, exquisite new residences are taking shape. Two-and three-bedroom homes are available in a variety of layouts, to maximise space and light. The project will be including two penthouses with private roof terraces as well.In total just 28 exceptional residences will be created, with views over Gran Vía, Calle Valverde, Calle Desengaño and the city beyond.
