GEOGRAPHIC POSITION Among the Tuscan Chianti hills, on a hilly position with open and panoramic view on the town of Arezzo, the Duomo and its surroundings, old stone farmhouse built around a medieval watchtower, which was part of a defensive ring around Arezzo. The tower was originally built using reclaimed Roman dressed stone and bricks. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING The main house, characterized by a typical squared shape, is set on two levels and disposed as follows. - Ground floor: living room with dining room and kitchen, three double bedrooms, bathroom; laundry and cellar are accessed from the rear of the house; - First floor: kitchen, hallway, expansive living room with dining area, kitchen created within the ancient tower, two double bedrooms and bathroom. The annex A, disposed on a single level, includes a large living room with dining area, kitchen and bedroom with bathroom. The annex B is disposed on two levels and comprises living room, bedroom with bathroom and kitchen. EXTERNAL AREA The land which surrounds the property has a total surface of 8097 square metres (almost 2 acres) and includes many fruit trees and olives. The pool, 10 x 5 metres in size and surrounded with natural Senese stone, has been realized on a very panoramic spot.
