Tree Top Villa is conveniently located less than 5 minutes’ drive to the main IGA grocer, 10 minutes from Providenciales International Airport, 5 minutes from West Grace Bay beach and 10 minutes from the shops and restaurants in the hub of Grace Bay, in the residential neighbourhood of Richmond Hills. Established in the 1980’s, it is a quiet community of homeowners. Pets are allowed, but restrictions do apply.
HOA fees are historically low, and the common areas are monitored with video cameras, and consist of a shared tennis court and large pool area with outdoor shower and lounging facilities.
Owners enjoy access to a tennis court and swimming pool area complete with a children’s pool, bathroom facilities, shaded pergola, outdoor shower and loungers located at the entry to the neighbourhood. Owners are invited to host events and parties in the common area by providing notice to the HOA.
