The building will include reception, lobby/seating area, back office, storage, luggage room, sanitary facilities for customers and restaurant. There will also be staff facilities comprising a lounge/cafeteria, toilets/changing rooms and storage areas.ô POOL:In the centre of ôôthe project, next to the accommodation units, there will be the main pool, children's splash pool and deck areas. Access will be via pedestrian paths and the female and male health facilities/showers will be located in the common building.ô ACCOMMODATION UNITS BLOCKS:The project will have six blocks of accommodation units, single storey. The accommodation units will be double rooms with a mezzanine for a seating area. The maximum capacity of the development will be 60 units, 120 beds.Excellent future investment!!!
