My apartment in Cologny is a spacious area completely renovated in 2014 and extended by a pleasant U-shaped garden protected by hedges.Once you pass the door, you are in a large entrance hall that serves all the rooms. On our right, a large living-dining room opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen, followed by a large bedroom with its fireplace and a complete bathroom. Then come the guest toilets. The left part is occupied by three bedrooms, one of which has its shower room en suite, the two others sharing a complete bathroom.The annexes include a 14 square meter cellar and two boxes - one of which is extended by a storage space. The 220 square  meter apartment, in addition to being bordered by a 450 square meter garden, accessible from most of the rooms, also enjoys a private pleasure garden of 883 square meters.From the apartment, you can easily reach the center of the village of Cologny and its charming local shops. The golf course of Cologny is a little more than one kilometer away and a private school such as Moser can be reached in a few minutes (1km500).
