It is in the heart of the Serra de Sintra that we find Quinta dos Arcos, completely walled and with a total area of 36,564 square meters of land, which includes 11 water mines. Upon entering the Quinta's spaces we enjoy a great feeling of peace and tranquility and a magnificent view, including the sea view of our west coast. The Quinta has 1,220 square meters for housing. The main house consists of two floors and has 15 rooms, including nine bedrooms, two lounges, two living rooms and two kitchens. It has six bathrooms. It can be experienced as a ground floor, on the first floor, with access by car, where there are six bedrooms, a kitchen, living rooms and an outdoor pool. On the ground floor there is a huge kitchen, three bedrooms, where the employees lived and a chapel with a vestry. It is a building made up of sturdy stone masonry walls, facades lined with granite and some tile panels, manufactured by the former Stª Anna Factory. Built in 1890, close to the historic center in an area known for the Colares road which connects the Seteais palace and the Monserrate palace. It also includes an 84 m2 outbuilding, where the laundry and ironing facilities functioned, a storage room of 60 m2, a cold greenhouse in ruins of 8 m2, another greenhouse with 32 m2, a set of poultry and loft, with a gross area of 67 m2, a caretaker's house with 42 m2, a garage and a stable, with the upper floor for housing, with 140 m2.
