This agricultural estate spans over 190.0 hectares of land (469.5 acres) on the hills of Casentino, not far from Arezzo. The farm includes an apple orchard (roughly 3.5 hectares with integrated pest management), a cherry orchard (1.3 hectares totaling 4,000 trees of six different varieties), an olive grove (300 trees) and a chestnut grove (3.9 ha). Most of the estate is covered in woodland (114.6 ha) used for timber and as a truffle ground.
The losest services are roughly 6 km away, in a small town nearby, but several towns and cities of Tuscany can be reached in less than an hour and a half by car (Anghiari, Cortona, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Florence, Montalcino…).
A warehouse (250 sqm – 2,690 sqft) allows sheltering agricultural vehicles and tools, while two ruined country houses could be rebuilt and converted into a private home (these amount to approximately 2,500 cu.m of volume).
Two plots of land (43.0 ha in total) are enclosed by 2m-high fences and are very suitable for animal breeding. Two lakes for irrigation ensure water supply all year long.
The roads leading to the estate are in good shape and the property is crossed by many roads and paths that are easily used and lead almost everywhere in the farm.
The farm currently sells most of its crops to several entities of large-scale distribution and the Mercato Ortofrutticolo in Florence, a large distributor of fruits and vegetables for Tuscany.
