This 79.1-hectare estate is located just a few kilometers from Anghiari, in Tuscany. Covered for almost half of its surface by woodland and for the remaining half by arable and grazing land, the property is set right inside a bigger hunting reserve (riserva faunistico venatoria). An old farmhouse with barn (240 sqm in total) could be fully recovered and restored to create a private home or a lodge for hunters.
The country house (190 sqm – 2,044 sqft) is laid over three levels and was split following the Tuscan layout, with stables and storages on the ground floor and the farmer's house on the upper levels. By reworking the interiors and the layout of the building one could create up to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The old barn (40 sqm – 538 sqft) with the stables could also be restored and converted into a small guesthouse.
The property can be reached via an unpaved road (roughly 1.5 km) in an acceptable state. There are then paths and roads crossing the whole estate for hunting. Two small ponds inside the property allow collecting rainwater and irrigating the fields if one is interested in harvesting crops.
