Avenida da Liberdade and Restauradores are the epicentre of luxury in Lisbon since their creation in 1879, modelled after the boulevards of Paris. Originally a place where high society lived and went about their walks, today it is a mix of high end residential and office buildings and the main location for luxury brands and trendy restaurants. With Edward VII Park at the north end and Lisbon´s Baixa at the south end, its central location allows easy access to both leisure, epicurean or shopping pursuits.

The Odeon was originally built in 1927, taking inspiration from the Paris Universal Exhibition at the turn of the 20th century, most visibly in the enclosed metal balconies on the first and second floors. When it opened it was the only theatre in Lisbon with allusions to the Art Deco period in its proscenium stage arch in this style, high ceilings with verbena wood, a neon chandelier hanging from the ceiling and a suspended side box. A fashionable venue through the ages, it finally closed its doors in 1993 and degraded with time.

Moving fast forward to the 21st century, the Odeon Theatre was purchased in 2019 and began its conversion and transformation into a luxury residential building and restauration of the main theatre hall, converting it into a space that will accommodate a high-end restaurant that will pay homage to its history and style.

The residential part of the development includes 10 apartments ranging from 2 to 3 bedroom apartments ranging from 112m2 to 232m2. The apartments will be light and feature high end finishes including oak wood floors, natural Italian Calacatta Carrara stone, air conditioning and 1 to 2 parking places. Completion expeted by summer 2023.
