The principal and guest bedrooms also both have en suite bathrooms with separate showers as well as built-in wardrobes and the other two bedrooms share the family bathroom and shower.Old Copse is approached off a narrow and peaceful lane, which sits within an attractive residential area. Electrically operated gates open to a rising, paved driveway with space for several cars. The driveway leads up to the good-sized, integral single garage, which also provides plenty of additional storage space. The garden extends around the house and has a good degree of privacy afforded by evergreen hedging on all sides. A wide paved path extends around both sides of the house to a good-sized terrace at the rear. At present the garden is lawned and therefore presents an entirely blank canvas for someone wanting to create a garden from scratch.
