13 rooms have been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard into luxurious en-suite double bedrooms, 5 of which are large suites. One room has been furnished to cater for a disabled person. As there is no major road in the close vicinity or any over-flying airplanes, the château is surrounded by unrivalled natural beauty, peace and tranquillity and provides an atmosphere of absolute serenity. It has been often described by visitors as “This is Paradise.” The estate is located in the Saone-et-Loire region of Burgundy province of France in a tiny village of Ceron and it is about a 2 hour drive from Lyon International airport (the second largest city of France). It is about a 3 hour drive from the Swiss city of Geneva and a 3.5 hour drive from Paris. Other big cities are Macon, famous for its wines and about an hour drive, Vichy, famous for its spas, water and ancient Roman heritage, about a 45 minutes drive away, and Roanne, which is 25 minutes away.

1: The Club House

This building has a large entrance hall, reception and shop, a bar and lounge with fireplace, a beautiful restaurant allowing for 60 guests, a fully fitted professional kitchen, food storage room, and a large cold room fitted with a walk-in fridge. The restaurant is not currently operating.  There are also changing rooms with personal lockers for ladies and gents and full washing and shower facilities. In addition to the above, there is a very large, fully air conditioned grand ballroom on the first floor of this building with wooden floors and a beamed ceiling. This room has the capacity to safely accommodate 120 people. This room is ideal for and has hosted many weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, plays, and other functions. There is also a fire escape installed. On this floor, there is also a facility for  secondary kitchen and ladies and gents cloak rooms. The property also has a swimming pool.

2: La Maison 

This is a deceptively large house currently showing 16 rooms  and with a potential to develop further.

3: Practice and Drive Range

An old cow shelter has been tastefully designed and converted into a modern practice/driving range with 8 bays, putting greens, and a ball dispensing machine. It is likely the only covered golf practice area in France. The property boasts of an 18 hole golf course,  putting and chipping greens, 2 story clubhouse, half way house, and training facilities. The fairways of the golf course have been kept in good condition, but the greens are not suitable for play at this time. It will require a minimum of 3 months to get the greens back in order. 

Approximately € 1,000,000.00 has been invested in the installation of computerized irrigation system for the golf course.
