- Tenant must have a $2,000,000 Civil Liability Insurance Policy.
- It is not permitted to smoke tobacco or cannabis, nor cultivate cannabis in the unit.
- No sublet or AirBnB of the unit.
- Indoor/Outdoor Parking on request.
- No pets.
