Antico Baglio with 24 hectares in the splendid Sicilian countryside and a stone's throw from Trapani, dating back to the end of the 19th century. It consists of a main body with two elevations of approximately 1600 square meters which overlooks a very large internal courtyard where there are cellars, stables and warehouses which can be used for other purposes. The ground floor consists of a large living area and from which it is possible to access the stairwell with tuff vaults which leads to the first floor and the adjacent kitchen and master rooms. The loggia with a balcony with marble columns shows the beauty of the surrounding Mediterranean maquis. Some of the rooms on the first floor enjoy a view of the splendid countryside and a partial view of the sea. It is spread over an area of 24 hectares, part of which is arable land and is accessed by a long tree-lined dirt road. Il Baglio respects its rural charm which, if maintained during the restoration works, can host an accommodation facility to be used for rural tourism.
