The independent agricultural annex of about 50 square meters looks at an exclusive view of the surrounding countryside and the Tuscan village of Monte San Savino.

The property includes six hectares of agricultural land with about 400 olive trees in production, and other fruit trees (e.g., fig, apple, etc.)
