The gable solution is preserved, but in front of the doors there will be a small terrace surrounded by greenery on the line of the former pillars, and there will be no entrance from the street. A terrace with steps will be built on the courtyard side, the new facade on the courtyard side is designed predominantly as a glass wall. The attic floor of the building will be used as living space.
