The main villa has two elegant floors offering a combination of both living areas and sleeping quarters. Within the main house, guests are greeted by a great foyer featuring Senese marble floors and elegant wrought iron railing, a formal living room with wooden floors, a marble fireplace and ample seating. The living room connects to a covered terrace where guests can leisurely dine al fresco. The main villa also features an elegant dining area with ample seating and working fireplaces, which is connected to a pantry and professional kitchen.

Each of the 17 possible guests will enjoy unsurpassed levels of style and comfort. The main villa includes 7 bedrooms, hosting up to 13 people. The other two ancillary houses of the estate, elegantly decorated with all modern amenities, feature a living room and kitchen, the workout facility and spa area, and two double bedrooms with lake or mountain views, and en-suite bathrooms.

2023 RATES:

During High Season, which runs from the beginning of June to end of August, the minimum rental is 7 nights.
The weekly rates (2023) are as follows:
€ 118,800 up to 8 guests
€ 171,600 up to 13 guests
€ 196.800 up to 17 guests

During Low Season, that is May and from September onwards, the minimum rental is 3 nights and can be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
The weekly rates (2023) are as follows:
€ 99,000 up to 8 guests
€ 143.000 up to 13 guests
€ 164,000 up to 17 guests

These prices include 10% tax and the exclusive use of a fully staffed Villa with private chef, team of butlers, housekeeping, gardeners, boat boys, concierge and manager on site.
All extras, such as food, beverages, transportation, flowers, entertainment, etc., are charged separately.
There is also an additional fee of € 10.000 for hosting an event on the property that is annulled for stays of 5 nights or longer.
