Charming farmhouse in the most lovely residential area of Florence and a few steps away from Piazzale Michelangelo.
The farmhouse was initially built in the late 1800's when the architect Giuseppe Poggi designed the Viale dei Colli, a panoramic walk ending with the Piazzale Michelangelo. It hosted the horses of the guards appointed to oversee the new residential area.
The 1970's interior design of the property is all made to measure with relevant details such as hand decorated flooring from Ornamenta and the soft touch and yellow surfaces of its wooden furnitures. In addition, the resin top kitchen is fully equipped (with Barazza appliances and Nespresso machine). The guest restroom was realized with the 70's concept of having the wash basin area separated from the rest of the bathroom (equipped with a large shower). All the rooms have an AC/ heating system + smart TVs connected to the complimentary wi-fi. The living/ dining room is connected to the master bedroom and the kitchen area with a 2 door sliding system that can hide bedroom and kitchen areas via a wall effect.
The outdoor gazebo has a sofa for two, an armchair and table that seats four - a lovely place for a happy hour after a walk around the city or after a relaxing Jacuzzi. Right next to the gazebo, there is a SPA area which hosts a large Jacuzzi (for up to 5 people) and original resin deckchairs.
This place is a magic retreat for those loving privacy and open air gardens and areas for jogging or biking, at only a few steps away from central attractions!
