The approved master plan allows the construction of a resort with a maximum gross construction area of 22,031 sqm, in a total area of 30 hectares with a total of 528 touristic beds. The proposed development scheme comprises an hotel with 30 stand aloine studios, 18 two-bedrooms townhouses, 15 three-bedrooms townhouses, 16 four-bedrooms townhouses, 15 villas ranging from two to five bedrooms, in a total of 91 residential units. The proposed plan makes use of a total of 19,352 sqm and a total of 440 touristic beds.
