The garden, structured in the form of terraces, has a beautiful sea water pool surrounded by a lawned area, with an incredible view of the sea and the beach of Tamariu. Next to the pool there is a small cooking area with a large electric grill, a stone table and a porch with sun beds to relax or sunbathe. This area also offers a practical full bathroom, which will allow you to take a shower when you return from the beach or when you leave the pool.

In the same garden, some stairs lead down to the beautiful beach of Els LLiris and to the "camino de ronda". Access the beach and the bucolic village of Tamariu from your garden!

The house is distributed in 3 levels:

On the ground floor there is a double room and a room with two single beds, both with access outside, which shared bathroom with shower. Interior garage for one car. Outside there is space to park five more cars.

On the first floor is the main entrance, with a large hall that preserves the stately style of the house and where you will find an old, vintage table with all the tourist information of the area. The most noble part of the house is the living room and the dining room. Decorated with great style, the two rooms have large fireplaces and high-quality furniture, so you can enjoy the comfort and beauty of the house at any time of year. The living room has a large flat screen TV. The dining room has direct access to the modern kitchen which, with a central island, is equipped with the best appliances from brands such as Smeg, Bosch or Nespresso.

The entrance hall, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen all lead to a large arcaded stone terrace with wooden beams, which enjoys spectacular views over the sea and the beach of Tamariu.

The terrace is perfectly furnished to enjoy fantastic outdoor meals, breathing the sea breeze while observing the idyllic landscape of this corner of incomparable beauty. On the same floor there is also a single room, a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a fully equipped laundry area with washing machine, dryer and access to the rear terrace, with space to hang out the clothes. The single room on this floor could be ideal for live in service staff if needed.

On the second floor is the sleeping area, with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, distributed as follows: the master bedroom is a beautiful suite, which incorporates a bathroom with shower and has access to a large terrace, with an incredible panoramic view over the sea, which will leave you breathless. There is a double room with access to the terrace and another double room with a magnificent view of the sea, which shares a bathroom with shower. The single room and a room with two beds, which also enjoy the wonderful view of the sea, share a bathroom with a bathtub. All the double rooms in the house have a flat screen TV. The whole house is equipped with light sensors.
