The house takes advantage of the slope provided by the natural rock on which it is built and favours the spectacular views of the sea and the outline of the coast.

The house has two levels. On the main floor there is a spacious living-dining room with kitchen and access to a fantastic terrace with spectacular sea views. On the same floor there are two bedrooms with two beds in each one, one bedroom with a trundle bed and one bedroom with a double bed. Two bathrooms and a bathtub.

On the lower floor there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with a trundle bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a summer kitchen-dining room with direct access to the garden area, barbecue and swimming pool.
