Stairs from the charming first floor landing with its large sash window flooding it with light, lead to the second floor which features two bedrooms (one with its own adjoining study room and believed to have formed part of the 1930s alterations as was the rear first floor bathroom).
The property sits centrally within its plot and a combination of yew hedging and mature trees and shrubs create privacy around the boundaries of this well maintained garden which is mainly laid to lawn with the addition of some wonderful specimen trees.
