Caledonian Pradillo: the aesthetic of wellbeing
Javier Ferrero 13 is a new and ambitious project resulting from the collaboration of Caledonian Pradillo with the prestigious Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan and his Studio MK27, creator of iconic examples of architecture including the Guggenheim Helsinki. This project, located in a private estate with 24 hour security, stands out for its unique façade with floor to ceiling windows finished in wood and aluminium. The residential complex of three buildings offers a variety of apartment layouts, ranging from one to four bedrooms. Options include ground level apartments of one and two floors with garden, as well as penthouses with terrace. All apartments have top quality finishes, as well as home automation and a biological fingerprint scanner.Special attention has been paid to acoustics and thermal insulation, and a centralized ventilation system ensures optimal heat recovery from the home. The sensation of comfort is maximised by the heated floor and the cooled ceiling, a novel cooling system for homes. The optimal soundproofing of these properties makes them spaces of absolute privacy and comfort.Common areas and integrated services with high added value maximise the living experience of residents. The landscaped areas all bear the distinctive mark of Isabel Duprat, one of the world`s most prestigious landscapers, which has produced an enveloping and relaxing effect. The project includes an outdoor pool integrated into the landscaped gardens.
